Background and education
We're looking for people with an academic education. Which education depends on the position involved, but many of our employees are sociologists, engineers or economists.
You should preferably have worked a few years with research and innovation, either in the public or private sector. It's an advantage if you have experience of the innovation process in small and medium-sized enterprises.
