Your rights to get information and guidance
As a government agency, we have an obligation to give information and guidance to citizens.
The administrative procedures act (Förvaltningslagen, 1986:223) regulates how Vinnova and other administrative authorities handle cases. The rules apply both to natural persons and legal entities, as well as mass media.
According to the Act, Vinnova must provide information, guidance, advice and other kinds of assistance in issues concerning our activities. But this obligation is not unlimited. We're obliged to provide assistance that's suitable, considering the nature of the issue, the need for assistance and the authority's activities.
