Purpose and goal

DigiClean II aims to automate industrial cleaning monitoring for technical products, enhancing sustainability by saving energy, water, and chemicals, improving process efficiency, and ensuring environmental compliance through data-driven decision-making and predictive maintenance.

Expected effects and result

DigiClean II will lead to reduced resource use, enhanced process efficiency, and lower environmental impact. In the long term, it will impact industry-wide standards for sustainable cleaning practices.

Planned approach and implementation

DigiClean II utilizes real-time data analysis, predictive AI models, and cloud technology to automate and optimize industrial cleaning, for eco-friendly operations and traceability. The approach includes three main work packages focusing on environmental impact assessment, technology adaptation for field tests, extensive data collection, and model validation.
